How to use
Remove the plastic on the back and check the mark indicating the left (S) and right (D) insole.
Insert the insole with the adhesive side facing down.
Place the raised part at the beginning of the slope of the shoe.
Reposition if necessary.
Warnings and Contraindications
Discontinue use in case of adverse reaction. Replace after six months or when the gel insole shows signs of wear.
