How to use

• Remove the plastic on the back and check the mark indicating the left (S) and right (D) insole.
• Insert the insole into the shoe with the adhesive side facing down.
• Place the raised part in the back of the shoe.

Warnings and Contraindications

Discontinue use in case of adverse reaction.
Replace after six months or when the gel insole shows signs of wear.
