How to use

Cut along the dotted lines that match the exact shoe size or use another insole as a guide:

Letter A - number 42
Letter B - number 43
Letter C - number 44
Letter D - number 45

Complete - number 48

Place the insole inside the shoe with the gel side down.

Warnings and Contraindications

If necessary, cut to adjust the fit.
Replace the insole when it shows signs of wear, usually after 6 months of constant use.
To clean the insoles, use a soapy cloth.
Do not immerse in water.
