According to the canons of homeopathy, the product is mainly used:
Skin system: hyperhidrosis of various etiology. Sweating: foul-smelling, nocturnal; cold and sticky in states of neurocirculatory asthenia and arterial hypotension. General tendency to sweat. Excessive perspiration during infectious diseases and tuberculosis. Increased transpiration in the climacteric.

The individual components of the preparation show the following symptoms:
Jaborandi: sweats of considerable intensity, vasomotor flushing, night sweats characteristic of subjects with tuberculosis.
Lachesis: vasomotor flushes of heat associated with troublesome sweating. Tendency to cardiocirculatory insufficiency and to collapsed states.
Salvia officinalis: excessive perspiration, night sweats.
Sepia: vasomotor flushing with increased perspiration typical of postmenopausal women. Veratrum album: collapsed states with cold sweats
