Indications:
it can promote physiological liver function and the elimination of liquids. It can be helpful for bloating and flatulence.

Dosage and method of use:
it is recommended to take 1 large spoon (10 ml or 10.6 g) in half a glass of water or other beverage or in a teacup of hot water, twice a day at any time; sweeten to taste. You can dilute the daily dose (also mixed with other plant extracts) in a bottle of water to drink throughout the day.
