Dima Magnum Mag Plus Indications
Provides magnesium in the form of magnesium oxide in association with vitamin B6. Magnesium oxide is known for its digestive, carminative and mildly laxative properties. In fact, magnesium oxide draws liquids from the various body compartments, facilitating their elimination. Vitamin B6 is often associated with magnesium as it increases its bioavailability. The association of magnesium and vitamin B6 has been shown to be useful in promoting the physiological remission of some menstrual problems often associated with a deficiency of these nutrients. It is a useful adjuvant in promoting physiological recovery even in case of water retention associated with the use of the contraceptive pill or associated with the period preceding the menstrual cycle.

Dosage and method of use
Swallow 1 tablet a day, with water, preferably with a meal.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
