Citozym Syrup is a biodynamic food supplement with energy action, composed of fructose 11 g, ascorbic acid 500 mg, citric acid 120 mg, folic acid 3.3 mg, pantothenic acid 56 mg, polysaccharides 8.59 g and plant enzymes extracted from the Aspergyllus mushroom. The product is used to ensure an efficient metabolism, which means not only strengthening the immune defenses, but also contributing to the prevention of serious or particular diseases.

What is citozym used for

Citozym Syrup is a supplement that has the power to detoxify and stimulate the immune defenses of our body, activating the elimination mechanisms through enzymes, lysosomes, macrophages, peroxisomes and other elements. In fact, at the beginning of the therapy, taking the product can cause an increase in meteorism, due to the conversion of toxins into the gaseous state and into water. Sometimes it can also happen that genetic damage at the cellular level triggers a change in the set of amino acid sequences, which results in problems such as accelerated aging or physiological conditions with reduced immune responses. In these cases Citozym intervenes by promoting the regulation of energy metabolisms, the control of oxidative stress and the elimination of toxins and foreign bodies (including antigens).

How to take Citozym

The supplement can be taken indiscriminately by any patient, at any age and at any time in their clinical history. A frequently used scheme is the following:

• FIRST 7 DAYS: 1 tablespoon of Citozym in the morning before breakfast pure or diluted in water
• FROM 8th to 15th day: 1 tablespoon in the morning before breakfast pure or diluted in water and 1 tablespoon with half a bag of Propulzym dissolved in a glass of water after dinner
• From day 15 onwards: 1 tablespoon in the morning before breakfast diluted in water and 2 tablespoons with a bag of Propulzym, dissolved in a glass of water after dinner. After day 21 you can use 30ml of Citozym in a 500ml bottle of water with a sachet of Propulzym to drink throughout the day. It would be good to reduce the amounts of sugar and sweets in your diet if you are taking Citozym.

Citozym contraindications and side effects

No particular side effects have been reported, if not an increase in meteorism and possible diarrheal discharges. The onset of the latter could occur especially in the first days of taking the product, but generally they tend to disappear in a short time, in correspondence with the decrease of toxins. In any case, it is not convenient to stop taking Citozym in this case, but it is advisable to reduce the dosage in half, to associate enzymes such as Saccaromicetes Boulardi, and then resume with the indicated dose as soon as the problem has passed.
