How to use
Cold therapy: store in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove from the freezer, insert the device in the special non-woven bag or wrap it in a cloth and apply it to the area to be treated. After 20/30 minutes the gel returns to room temperature.
Heat therapy: in a pot of suitable size, heat some water until it boils; turn off the heat and soak the pad for 5 minutes. Carefully remove with pliers or other suitable tools, dry with a cloth, insert into the special bag found in the package and wrap the pad in a towel before applying it on the part to be treated, to avoid burns. Or insert the pad in the microwave for no more than 1 minute at 700/800 Watt. Remove and wrap the pad in a towel or bag before applying it to the area to be treated to avoid burns.

Warnings
Do not apply the product by holding it too close to the skin, or for too long, to avoid causing a cold burn. Avoid spraying in the eyes, on wounds, abrasions, grazes and mucous membranes. External use.
