Indications
To carry out an effective prophylaxis action against urinary tract infections (UTI), often relapsing and difficult to eradicate.

Dosage and method of use
Pour the contents of one sachet into about ½ glass of water at room temperature, mix and take immediately after preparation.
- Acute episodes: two sachets a day for ten days;
- Recurrent episodes: one sachet a day for the entire period in which relapses usually occur.
In case of simultaneous use of antibiotics, space the supplement intake by at least 2 hours.
It is good to remember that to promote urinary flow and eliminate the bacteria causing the infection, it is advisable to drink at least 1.5-2 liters of water distributed throughout the day.

Warnings
Pregnancy: even if the consumption of proanthocyanidins in food quantities is well tolerated in pregnancy, without side effects on mother and fetus, there are currently no clinical studies that can with certainty recommend or contraindicate it in pregnancy.
