ACTIVE PRINCIPLES
Each tablet contains: praziquantel 50 mg, pyrantel embonate 144 mg, febantel 150 mg.

EXCIPIENTS
Lactose monohydrate, Corn starch, Povidone K-30, Sodium lauryl sulfate, Microcrystalline cellulose, Colloidal anhydrous silica, Magnesium stearate, Meat flavor.

INDICATIONS
For the treatment of mixed infestations due to the following roundworms and flatworms in adult dogs and puppies. NEMATODE. Ascarids: Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina (late immature and mature forms). Hookworms: Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum (adults). Flat worms: Taenia spp., Dipylidium caninum.

CONTRAINDICATIONS / SECONDARY EFFECT
Do not use concomitantly with piperazine compounds. Do not exceed the specified dose when treating pregnant bitches. Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients. Not to be used in dogs less than 2 weeks of age and / or weighing less than 2 kg.

USE / ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION
Oral.

DOSAGE
15 mg / kg body weight of febantel, 14.4 mg / kg of pyrantel and 5 mg / kg of praziquantel, which is equivalent to 1 tablet per 10 kg of body weight orally. The tablets can be divided in half or in four parts to allow for dose accuracy. Administration and duration of treatment The tablets can be administered directly or in food. It is not necessary to prevent access to food either before or after administration of the product. To ensure administration of a correct dose, body weight should be determined as accurately as possible. Puppies can be dewormed with this product from 2 weeks of age and every 2 weeks up to 12 weeks of age. Thereafter they must be treated every 3 months up to 6 months of age. For the control of Toxocara, lactating bitches should be treated 2 weeks after calving and every 2 weeks until weaning. In case of severe roundworm infestation, the repeat dose should be given after 14 days. For adult dogs, a single dose should be used. The advice of a veterinarian should be sought regarding the necessity and frequency of repeating the treatment.

STORAGE
This veterinary medicinal product does not require any special storage conditions.

WARNINGS
Fleas serve as intermediate host organisms for a common type of roundworm (Dipylidium caninum). Roundworm infestations will recur with certainty unless control of intermediate host organisms such as fleas, mice, etc. is undertaken. Pest resistance to any particular class of anthelmintics may develop after frequent and repeated use of an anthelmintic of that class. Unused portions of tablets should be discarded. Special precautions for those administering the veterinary medicinal product to animals: In the interest of hygiene, anyone administering the tablet directly to the dog or adding it to the dog's food should wash their hands. In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical assistance and show the package leaflet to the physician. Overdose: Benzimidazoles have a large margin of safety. Pyrantel is not absorbed systemically in any quantity. Praziquantel also has a large margin of safety, up to 5 times the recommended dose.

INTERACTIONS
Do not use concomitantly with piperazine as the anthelmintic effects of pyrantel and piperazine (used in many deworming products) may contrast with each other. Concomitant use with other cholinergic compounds can lead to toxicity.

SIDE EFFECTS
In very rare cases (less than 1 animal in 10,000 animals, including isolated reports), soft faeces, diarrhea and / or transient vomiting may occur in some puppies.

PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING
Consult a veterinarian before treating pregnant animals for roundworms. The tablets can be used during breastfeeding. Do not use in female dogs during the first two trimesters of pregnancy.
