Supplement based on branched chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine) in association with vitamin B6. Branched chain amino acids are indicated in case of reduced dietary intake and to supplement the sportsman's diet. The branched chain amino acids are metabolized in training with a strong muscular effort as they are used as an energy substrate and as a structural component of proteins. The branched chain amino acids are rapidly used as, after their introduction, they are absorbed directly in the small intestine and quickly reach the muscle tissues without undergoing hepatic metabolism. Supplementing with branched chain amino acids can be useful at least 30 minutes before sports training. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
Swallow 1 vegetarian capsule a day, with water or fruit juice, preferably between meals.
