Algorex Skin Barrier Integrity Ointment 75 ml

Algorex Cosmetic ointment with eudermic action able to reduce the values of TEWL (TransEpidermal Water Loss), a factor which, if increasing, leads to an excessive loss of water from the epidermal layers and a subsequent alteration of the integrity of the skin barrier.
Thanks to the presence in the formulation of liposomes, small vesicular structures with a structure similar to that of the membranes of a living cell, the diffusion of the active components is optimal. The advantages linked to their use are: high affinity with the organism; they incorporate and convey hydrophilic and lipophilic substances; the substances carried are protected from the action of enzymes or denaturing environments (pH); they ensure and accentuate natural hydration.
10% zinc oxide
Zinc is a mineral present in all tissues of the body, very important for numerous cellular functions. The main reason for its use for topical use is that zinc oxide is a highly protective substance with a high film-forming power which gives the product a barrier action.
Sweet clover
The functional principle of the sweet clover extract is coumarin and belongs to the benzopyrone class. The international bibliography attributes to the extract refreshing, relaxing and softening actions.
Diosmin
It belongs to the flavonoid family and is a substance with eudermic action.
Salicylates
When they are inserted in cosmetic formulations suitably conveyed and applied to the skin, they are promptly hydrolyzed in Salicylic Acid.
18 β-Glycyrrhetic acid
It is obtained by extraction and hydrolysis of the licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra); Soothing action.
Polyunsaturated fatty acids
Blend of linolenic and linoleic acid. They carry out skin protection activities.
Dermatologically tested product. Hypoallergenic. Without parabens and perfume.

How to use
Apply to affected skin areas 1 or more times a day, as needed.
