Alce Nero organic wholemeal penne rigate are obtained using exclusively organic whole durum wheat semolina, obtained by grinding the whole grain without refining or adding.
Description
The semolina mixture, made with spring water from the Trentino Alps, gives it a unique taste and intense aroma. Alce Nero organic whole wheat pasta is rich in fiber. Thanks to its excellent cooking resistance, it is perfect for making tasty and simple recipes, even plant-based.
