Grintuss Adults is a product that acts on dry cough by counteracting irritation of the mucous membrane and on oily cough by promoting hydration and mucus elimination. It is a product with ingredients from organic farming and gluten-free indicated for the treatment of coughs of adults and children from 12 years of age.

How does Grintuss Adult Tablets work?

The Grintuss Adult buccal tablets is a product based on honey and molecular complexes that has a protective and consequently soothing action on the upper airways. It is made through innovative extraction and production processes that allow to concentrate the polysaccharide, resinoid and flavonoid fractions that are responsible for the mucus adhesive and protective action of the mucosa. The honey present in the formulation contributes to this activity and to the pleasant taste of the tablets. Grintuss adult tablets protects the mucosa, calming irritation, hydrates and promotes the elimination of mucus through the following mechanisms of action:

• Barrier Effect : forms a protective film that adheres to the mucosa and protects it from contact with irritants;
• Mucoregulatory action : promotes the hydration of mucus and promotes its elimination;
• Lubricating action : reduces rubbing at the level of the pharynx which causes cough;

Method of use and dosage

It is recommended to take 1 tablet 2 to 4 times a day, letting it dissolve slowly in the mouth.

Warnings and Contraindications

Do not use if hypersensitivity or individual allergy to one or more components is present.

Ingredients and Composition

Honey, molecular complex of resins, polysaccharides and flavonoids from grindelia, plantain and helichrysum (polyresin); titrated in polysaccharides (molecular weight> 20,000 Dalton) = 20%, cane sugar; Arabic gum; natural peppermint and eucalyptus flavoring; essential oils of peppermint and eucalyptus.
